(CIN U51909TG2020PTC138804), 17-1-382/V/2/24, Plot 25, Vaishali Nagar Phase 2, Champapet, Hyderabad, Telangana 500079, is the Data Fiduciary for personal data processed through greentreesolar.in, as defined in the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).
What this website collects
This website has no forms that store data on our servers. When you use our contact form, the details you type are composed into a WhatsApp message on your own device. Nothing is sent to us until you press send inside WhatsApp.
If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to measure page visits, clicks and anonymised session behaviour. If you accept marketing cookies, the Meta Pixel records that a WhatsApp or contact button was clicked so we can measure our advertising. None of these load before you consent.
WhatsApp conversations
Messages you send us on WhatsApp are processed by WhatsApp LLC / Meta under WhatsApp's own privacy policy. We use the information you share (name, phone, location, property and consumption details) only to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes, carry out surveys and provide service.
Purpose and retention
We process your data to respond to enquiries, deliver and maintain solar systems, process subsidy applications on your behalf and meet legal obligations. We retain enquiry data for up to 24 months after the last interaction, and customer project records for the life of the system plus statutory periods.
Your rights
Under the DPDP Act you can request access to, correction or erasure of your personal data, withdraw consent at any time (use "Cookie settings" in the footer for analytics), and nominate another person to exercise your rights. Contact our Grievance Officer at info@greentreesolar.in. We respond within 30 days. If unresolved, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.
Sharing
We share data only as needed to deliver your project: with your DISCOM and the PM Surya Ghar portal for approvals and subsidy, with component manufacturers for warranty, and with financing partners when you request a loan. We do not sell personal data.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS with strict security headers. Internal access to customer records is limited to staff who need it.
